KUNDALINI YOGA

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of ‘awareness’, awakening the mind, body and spirit through powerful use of breathwork with movement, pranayama meditation and the chanting of mantra meditations, giving us increased energy to deal with the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of life.

The term Kundalini means "a spiritual energy located at the base of the spine", which is in everyone. The practice of kundalini yoga arouses the Kundalini from its coiled base through the chakras to distribute energy throughout the body, strengthening all the body’s systems.

You cannot stay the same when you practice Kundalini Yoga. The very nature of what we do is to awaken the energy of consciousness, to unleash and unlock barriers within ourselves which is supremely joyful and serene. Classes are open to all levels and offer a safe space for everyone to relax, expand and transform.  ​​
