JULIA COULSONI really enjoy working holistically with the whole body system - mind, body, emotional and spiritual aspects. I really believe that given the right environment our body is able to heal itself. My practice includes working as a Psychotherapist, Vibrational Healer and a Kundalini Yoga Teacher.
I hold a Post Grad Diploma in Transactional Analysis Counselling and have over 15 years clinical experience working with people from all walks of life. I believe that a good therapeutic relationship can help us to recover our autonomy, spontaneity and sense of self-worth. Over the years I have seen the biggest cause of suffering is the disconnection in the relationship with self that creates an inner battle. Being able to talk and really be listened to is incredibly healing. Over the last 20 years my passion has been working with energy in many different ways. We are energy so I love being able to offer therapies that include Reiki (Usui I and II) and more recently Sekhem I and II, Crystals as a healing tool and Sound Vibration Therapy which all powerfully help release and clear energy blockages that can be held in our energy field. |
After an illness in 2012 I discovered Kundalini Yoga on a retreat and I quickly realised how powerful this practice was. The connection between yoga, raised awareness, heightened consciousness, feeling relaxed and energised at the same time has changed my life in a profound way and I have been hooked ever since. I am now a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and it is a privilege to be able to share this wonderful, life changing yoga to encourage people from all areas of life to lead happier, healthier and more conscious lifestyles.
Bringing all that I have learnt and experienced myself over many years, I work from a holistic, intuitive perspective helping others to feel empowered, realise their potential and connect to that Light that is within. After all we are spirit having a human experience.

I am a member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work in accordance with the guidelines and ethical codes. I also have Professional Indemnity Insurance.
